Rachel Lowenthal

As the Senior Executive Assistant and Board Liaison for OCCF, Rachel Lowenthal brings a long career of high quality work in the non-profit industry. She is responsible for supporting the President & CEO in administrative functions and strategic development. Rachel is also the primary contact for the Board of Governors, providing managerial support and organization of all historical documents.

Rachel joins OCCF after working as the Chief of Staff for the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and a decades long career as a Jewish Communal Professional for several synagogues and community organizations. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a teacher for 7 years, both in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University and her Master of Arts from San Diego State University.
