Rachel Donawerth

Rachel Donawerth joined the Orange County Community Foundation in 2018. In her role, she administers grants, provides specialized care for donors, maintains OCCF’s Salesforce database, and supports the Center for Engaged Philanthropy team. Throughout her life, Rachel has volunteered with many nonprofits both locally and internationally, and deeply values serving those around her every day. Rachel currently volunteers with a variety of local nonprofits, including Compass Bible Church and the Praise Symphony Orchestra. Her passions range from helping students with special needs to supporting veterans. Prior to this position, Rachel worked in Human Resources and Visa Support for World Horizons UK, a nonprofit in Llanelli, Wales, from which she brings skills in administration and donor care to this position. Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Biola University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music and Intercultural Studies, and in May 2020, graduated with High Honors from Talbot School of Theology with a Master of Arts in New Testament.
