Philanthropic Advisor, Center for Engaged Philanthropy

Michaela Dolium provides personalized advisory services, managing relationships with donor-advised fund holders to facilitate their grant-making and foster their engagement in philanthropy and with Orange County Community Foundation, as a Philanthropic Advisor with the Center for Engaged Philanthropy team.

Michaela has a passion for empowering others to be conduits of impact in their community through community engagement and philanthropy. Prior to joining the Orange County Community Foundation, Michaela served with Orange County Rescue Mission, developing partnerships, engaging supporters, and cultivating investment in their mission, a role that followed a diverse set of personal and professional experiences serving in the nonprofit sector throughout California and beyond.    

Michaela is a graduate of Nyack College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and Biola University, where she earned a Masters of Management; Nonprofit Organizations degree.
