Carol Ferguson

Carol Ferguson brings several years of corporate business development experience to her role as Senior Director of Donor & Community Engagement, where she supports OCCF’s donors, helping them achieve their philanthropic goals and inspiring effective and impactful giving. By keeping her finger on the pulse of the Orange County nonprofit community, she maintains a broad understanding of the changing needs in the community and uses this knowledge to work with donors to meet their giving goals. Carol is responsible for strategic development and management of OCCF’s discretionary granting as well as several community programs including the OC Nonprofit Central database, Collaborative Giving Days and the OC Veterans Initiative. Carol graduated with a business degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and earned her MBA at Pepperdine University.
