The Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF), a leader among community foundations nationwide, proudly celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2024. Promotions to Drive Growing Impact

Sharon Johnson - CHRO

Sharon Johnson has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will join the OCCF Executive Leadership Team. In her expanded role, Sharon will oversee compliance, benefits administration, and offer strategic counsel to the foundation’s executives and leadership team.

Joanne Gonzalez Forster - Dir Phil Strat

Joanne Gonzalez Forster has been promoted to Director of Philanthropic Strategy where she will help develop and execute growth strategies, focusing on both new and existing charitable funds as well as supporting the Family Foundation Alliance and OCCF’s Legacy Fund Program.

These promotions reflect OCCF’s commitment to building a robust leadership team that will continue to drive the foundation’s mission and impact forward.
