Anastasia joins OCCF with over 15 years of experience in strategic event management, including six years overseeing community outreach, advocacy, and philanthropic efforts. Before moving to California from the East Coast, Anastasia worked for REI Co-op, coordinating local community engagement and programming, building brand awareness, and serving on an advisory board to executive leadership. Prior to that she worked as an Events Manager for the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, managing fundraising events, public programs, and VIP visits in Washington, D.C. and New York City. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and earned her B.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University.
As the Foundation’s Special Events Manager, Anastasia is responsible for the strategic planning, logistics, and execution of the many OCCF-led events throughout the year, ensuring their success and impact.
Outside of work, Anastasia is an avid hiker and backpacker. She completed a thru hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2017 and is eager to explore all the beautiful outdoor spaces California has to offer.
